System Implementation Assistant
We are seeking an experienced System Implementation Assistant to join our client, a well-established organisation based in North Wales. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator at all levels, able to influence change and provide information, support and analysis across the whole organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in migrating financial data from the old system to the new, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Support the testing of the system, identifying and reporting any issues.
* Provide training and support to finance departments and wider teams.
* Contribute to creating user guides and manuals.
* Deliver training sessions.
* Prepare and maintain financial reports during the transition period.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and assist in implementing changes.
* Collaborate with relevant departments, such as Finance and IT.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Effective communication across all stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Proven experience in a previous system or project support role.
