This position will have responsibility for key client account management whilst contributing to success through the development of new business and retention of existing business.Reporting to an experienced Regional Manager, areas of accountability include:Maintenance of client relationships and provision of a superior client experience in the fulfilment of their end-to-end policy/claims lifecycleLeading client meetings including discussing uninsured risksHandling and accurately directing client enquiriesRenewal marketing & negotiationClaim settlement negotiationAssisting with the development of new businessCoordinating processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellationsProactive preparation for renewals including obtaining claims information and other duties as requiredPreparation of reports and documentation for clients and insurersProviding general broking and technical support to the Regional Manager, supporting overall team successAbout You:With a solid level of insurance industry experience under your belt, you'll be looking for a unique opportunity to grow and develop.
