Lead Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
This leadership role is pivotal in driving integrated business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Support:
* Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
* Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decisions and scenario planning.
* Provide financial guidance to cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
2. Reporting & Analysis:
* Prepare and present forward-looking financial reports for senior stakeholders.
* Conduct variance analysis to explain budget and forecast deviations, offering actionable insights.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting:
* Lead the annual budgeting process, aligning with strategic goals and departmental inputs.
* Manage monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating market conditions and business trends.
4. Business Partnership:
* Collaborate with business units to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial impacts.
* Act as a finance business partner across departments, delivering insights and support.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance:
* Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and controls.
* Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
* Work with IT and systems teams to enhance ERP and financial planning systems.

We are seeking individuals who have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, scenario planning, and variance analysis is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders are essential.
