This is an opportunity to provide holistic & outcome-focused rehabilitation services. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will utilise your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support clients with diverse range of injuries, illnesses or trauma.
* You will take a more holistic care approach and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
* Utilise clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support people who have suffered from a diverse range of injuries, illnesses or trauma.
* Work with motivated clients to develop, implement, and monitor their rehabilitation plans whilst having onsite access to medical and treatment providers for additional direct support.
* Perform specific assessments including worksite, ergonomic and ADL's.
We offer flexible working models to fit your needs. You will be supported and mentored through an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise.

Key requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Current unrestricted registration as an OT with AHPRA.
* Strong clinical reasoning & report writing skills.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of rehab goals.
* Passion to help people rehabilitate.
