We are looking for a casual Member Services & Sales Consultant to be the face of our gym, creating a welcoming environment for members while driving membership sales and engagement. If you’re passionate about health and fitness, love talking to people, and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives—this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact at reception, greeting members and handling enquiries.
- Sell memberships and introduce potential members to our facilities.
- Engage with the community—drive local marketing initiatives and connect with local businesses.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as bookings, payments, and member support.
- Ensure the gym environment is welcoming, clean, and organised.
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to our thriving fitness community.
What We’re Looking For
- A people person who loves building relationships and making others feel welcome.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people (face-to-face and on the phone).
- Motivated to achieve goals, with a strong drive for sales and performance.
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or sales is beneficial but not essential—we’ll provide training!

What You’ll Need
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid Working with Vulnerable People’s card (or willingness to obtain one).
