Overview

Partnerships Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) at Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, supports people to access meaningful employment. You'll work in the community, partnering with participants and employers to create pathways to sustainable jobs and inclusive hiring practices.

Breakthru is delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland, with a focus on helping more people access meaningful employment and build lasting careers.


Key Responsibilities

* Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
* Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
* Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
* Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
* Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
* Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
* Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
* Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
* Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
* Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.


About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer's business, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit, and you excel at building trust with clients and employers. You are proactive with marketing and networking, and you keep accurate, professional records. You approach work with integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.


Essential Criteria

* Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
* Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
* Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Current Driver's License - essential
