About the Role
* You will engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales within their store environment.
* You will speak directly to customers, providing them with knowledge and value to make informed choices.
* You will educate and empower store staff on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, delivering an extraordinary customer experience and building a team of Apple brand advocates.
* You will strive for perfection, ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up-to-date and maintained according to standards.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
* Availability to work on a regular schedule (Wednesdays to Sundays) or Thursdays to Sundays, depending on the role.
* Ability to communicate effectively, understand business needs, challenges, and concerns.
* High integrity, honesty, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
* Openness to feedback, relating well to people, and empowering others to learn and share passion for the Apple Story.
