Culinary professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role in our award-winning kitchen team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking international meals in commercial quantities for airline customers.
Your duties will include:
* Preparing hot and cold meals for business and economy class passengers on various airlines
* Managing inventory levels and minimizing food waste
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
You must adhere to strict menu specifications as well as safety protocols such as HACCP, WHS, and QSAI policies.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have:
* A Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications (preferable) or equivalent experience
* The passion and drive to deliver high-quality food to our clients
* The ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
