The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll lead our sales team by creating a positive sales focused culture and delivering profitable sales growth within the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop the knowledge and capability of your team using a proven sales model.
* Contribute to business performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management and controllable expenses.
* Maintain compliance and legislative requirements within the store with an emphasis on Consumer Law.
* Ensure all customers have a great experience and visual merchandising is of high quality.
