Maintenance Controller Commercial
This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair processes nationwide, ensuring services meet manufacturer requirements.
* Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
* Manage maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery.
The role involves providing accurate information, resolving daily operational queries within agreed timeframes, and collaborating with external suppliers to support EVO portal usage.
About the Role:
* Responsible for providing approvals to authorized service repairers of passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationwide.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
* Ensure services meet manufacturer requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
* Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, persistent, and responsible.
