About the role:
As the Executive Director, Clinical Governance, Quality, and Safety, you will lead the strategy and planning for clinical governance, quality, and safety at CQHHS. You will also be a key contributor to the Executive team and be responsible for driving clinical and consumer engagement initiatives.
About you:
You have a deep understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other relevant health standards.
You have demonstrated expertise in leading, implementing, and managing an organisation's external certification and accreditation processes.
You have a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, health professionals, and government stakeholders.
You're skilled at balancing daily operational demands with long-term improvement initiatives, especially under resource constraints.
You have outstanding writing and reporting skills, with a proven ability to create clear, effective communications for a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of $246,203 - $266,020 p.a. is comprised of:
A salary between $188,951 - $232,815 p.a.
