Job Title: Accounts Operations Team Leader
We are seeking an accomplished and skilled team leader to oversee the end-to-end processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within a complex medium to large organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
* Develop and implement procedures and guidance notes to improve employee knowledge and skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable policy, processes, and systems.
* Implement best practice processes and systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function.
* Support year-end activities as assigned by the Financial Accounting Coordinator and Chief Financial Officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in leading high-volume accounts payable functions in complex medium to large organisations.
* Experience in accounts receivable functions.
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to manage time, set priorities, and achieve positive results.
* Highly developed computer skills.
