This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can keep a workshop running smoothly.
About the Role
* Carry out mechanical servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a range of vehicles
* Manage day-to-day workshop operations when required
* Supervise staff and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Liaise with customers and provide professional advice on vehicle repairs
* Maintain a safe, clean and productive workshop environment
* Assist with job scheduling, workflow and parts coordination
About You
* Qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to manage the workshop in the owner’s absence
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic ability
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
* Living in Australia with an easy reach to Geelong, VIC
