Pt. Leo Estate has a rare opportunity to join our leadership team as a Restaurant Manager Sommelier as we continue to grow.
This role is based in Laura, leading one of Australia's most refined dining rooms. It also supports the broader leadership team in managing Pt. Leo Dining Room, our vibrant Wine Terrace, and requires excellent wine knowledge to assist with beverage service under the guidance of our Beverage Director.

Located on the Western Port side of the Mornington Peninsula, Pt Leo Estate is a major hospitality venue set within vineyards and overlooking the sea. The estate features the largest private contemporary sculpture collection in the Southern Hemisphere and has received consistent awards for its culinary offerings and wines since opening in 2017.

ABOUT PT LEO RESTAURANT AND LAURA:
This role focuses on our two main dining spaces, with the following key missions:
* Pt Leo Restaurant: Modern bistro dining, seating over 400 guests weekly, and consistently awarded 1 Hat since 2017. It has a strong Victorian focus in both food and beverage, attracting local, national, and international clientele.
* Laura: A 40-seat fine dining experience, offering exceptional produce, international wines, and prestige service, specializing in degustation dining and luxury experiences. Laura aims to care for guests authentically and thoughtfully, and is a member of Relais & Châteaux.
