About the Role
The Sales Leader at Cub Campers HQ is responsible for leading showroom and HQ generated sales and setting the benchmark for how Cub sells. This role owns the entire customer journey, from first enquiry through to confirmed order, ensuring a professional, consistent and high-quality sales experience.
You will convert demand into accurate, profitable orders, enforce disciplined use of CRM and sales processes, and act as the standard setter for sales behaviours, product knowledge and customer engagement across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior salesperson who leads by example and thrives in a premium, considered sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead generation through showroom activity, inbound enquiries and proactive outreach
* Consistent and professional lead follow-up to maximise conversion rates
* Phone canvassing of enquiries, warm leads and existing customer databases
* Ownership of showroom presentation, ensuring displays reflect Cub Campers' brand and standards
* Stock management of showroom and HQ units
* Management of units held on floorplan finance, including ageing, reporting and coordination with finance
* Conduct customer handovers, including full product walkthroughs and operating instructions
* Represent Cub Campers professionally at shows, events and promotions
* Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to signed order
* Set and maintain the standard for Cub Campers' sales approach and customer experience
* Accurately scope customer requirements and translate them into compliant, build-ready orders
* Maintain pricing discipline, margin protection and order accuracy
* Maintain strict CRM discipline, including enquiry management, follow-ups, forecasting and reporting
* Work closely with production, operations and supply teams to ensure smooth order handover
* Provide feedback on customer trends, product demand and sales performance

* Solid sales experience, ideally with high value lifestyle products where customers take time, ask questions and expect expertise
* Strong admin and organisation skills — you keep things tidy, accurate and up to date in the CRM
* Well-presented and professional, but approachable and down to earth
* Clear communicator who builds trust, listens well and follows through
* Detail focused and proud of getting orders right the first time
