4. Responsible for operational management of the boutique, ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies, and procedures, and back-office operations.
5. Communicate effectively with the management team, providing updates and feedback.
6. Manage financial aspects, including budgets, KPIs, banking, and expense monitoring.
