Location: 100% remote & async-friendly (fit it around your full-time role or freelance work)
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour plus Equity package

Responsibilities
Design static ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns
Design carousels for organic socials posts
Collaborate on visual concepts, themes, and messaging
Use AI image generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) to speed up or enhance the creative process
Qualifications
A seasoned designer with a strong portfolio (bonus points for paid ad creatives)
Familiarity with Meta ad formats, creative best practices, and trends
Experience using AI tools in your workflow and ability to show results
Dependable, rapid, easy to work with, with a great eye and responsive
Marketing degree or extra marketing qualifications are a plus
