Operational Support Officer Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Operational Support Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of superannuation services.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including maintaining adviser records, processing fees, and executing ATO-mandated tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Processing transactions and fees in a timely manner
* Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication
The successful candidate will also participate in User Acceptance Testing and assist in identifying and implementing improvements to processes and systems.
