Systems and Support Engineer Play a key role within a dynamic IT Infrastructure & Support team in a hybrid work environment Join a market-leading national B2B manufacturer and distributor of industrial consumables Future development & career growth opportunities We are seeking a capable Systems & Support Engineer to support internal users with all aspects of IT service requests and the deployment and management of endpoint devices. This is a broad role that will call upon your ability to support, diagnose issues, manage devices, deploy hardware and software, resolution manage, and track requests raised via the IT help desk. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business to support and ensure the security and integrity of our operating networks. We welcome applicants with demonstrated technical troubleshooting acumen within a medium to large business environment. Key focus of the Role will include: Supporting day-to-day operations of Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Performing user account management, including provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting Monitoring and maintaining Azure resources Implementing system and application deployment for Windows, Mac and mobile devices Implementing policies for device hardening, security, compliance and data protection to align with defined security standards and strategies The successful applicant will ideally possess: Knowledge of contemporary IT principals and applications Relevant IT related degree or certification/s. A degree in a related discipline is preferred Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems Proficient knowledge of Azure, Entra ID and Endpoint Manager Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and Office 365 administration Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively Signet has helped over 60,000 Aussie businesses wrap, pack and ship their products for more than 50 years.
