Company Description
Business Station is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing small business services across Australia. It operates various small business incubation services in partnership with Edith Cowan University and the City of Gosnells, including ECUBIC in Joondalup and the Allied Health Precinct in Wanneroo. These incubators offer welcoming reception areas, fully equipped training rooms, modern kitchen facilities, and subsidised office space. Businesses also have access to Business Station's full range of services.

Qualifications
* Experience in managing Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and developing training programs
* Business Development focused
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
* Skill in staff management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to monitor budget allocations and ensure financial efficiency
* Proficient in maintaining accurate student records and documentation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
