We are a culture-first organization that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.The successful applicant will receive the necessary training, mentoring, and guidance to perform thekey responsibilities of the role and to advance their careers in the Australian Public Service (APS).Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the APS Level 4 may include:Assist in monitoring service performance and identifying potential issues using tools like Dynatrace and Azure Application InsightsSupport incident management processes, including logging, tracking, and documenting incidentsHelp analyse service data to identify trends and assist in root cause analysisContribute to the development of service reports and dashboardsCollaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to support service improvement initiativesParticipate in post-incident reviews and help document lessons learnedMaintain accurate records of service issues and resolutionsFoster a collaborative and positive team environmentEssentialQualifications and Education1–2 years of experience in a service desk, IT support, or junior analyst role (internships or graduate programs welcome)DesirableCertificate 4 in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and incident management processesFamiliarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNowHow to ApplyApplicants are required to provide a summary (no more than 500 words) that outlines skills, knowledge, and experience and why you should be considered for this vacancy.
