We are looking for an enthusiastic grounds and facilities officer to join our team!
What you will do:
* Conducting general maintenance including but not limited to furniture repair, patching, painting, light globe replacements, door and lock repairs, minor plumbing and installing fixtures and fittings
* Maintaining all buildings internally and externally including but not limited to window cleaning/ledges/cobweb removal, student locker cleaning and cleaning other spills as required.
* Attending to maintenance requests as required
What you will bring:
* Previous experience of building or grounds maintenance
* Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to promoting and creating a safe and inclusive work environment, and the legislative requirements of Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety legislation
* Experience in prioritising work and performing under broad guidelines to maintain building, facilities, grounds, maintenance and repairs
