About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Engineer, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering background, to join our one-year Engineering Cadetship Program. Candidates with a broader STEM background are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate the right attitude, initiative, and aptitude to work across varied operational roles within Stella Industrial.
Degree completion must be within 2 years of application.
The cadetship offers structured rotations through key service areas — Quality Assurance, Production, Project Management, Estimating, and Site Supervision — providing hands-on exposure to all aspects of our operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant STEM discipline
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to work across workshop, site, and office environments
* Australian work rights required
