**Quality & Education Specialist**
A primary responsibility of the Quality & Education Specialist is to provide support, direction and oversight of best practice clinical care ensuring the facility is compliant.
You will be responsible for collating reviews, audits and gap analysis, then implementing necessary changes with the team. Identifying site-specific risks and effectively communicating and strategising with the facility to determine best outcomes for success.
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Nurse to provide educational & mentoring support to on-site clinical team.

**The Requirements**:
- Valid Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Qualifications - Essential
- Valid Cert IV in Training & Assessment - Desirable
- Previous experience working in aged care education roles or managemnet roles
- Exceptional expertise in clinical governance, quality assurance, and auditing
- A talent for mentoring and training others to ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
- Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with colleagues, residents, and carers
- Proof of flu and COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with the current public health directive for aged care facilities
- A current police check clearance to ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff.
