Network Area Leader
At our organization, we are seeking a highly experienced and people-focused leader to lead our trade store network across key locations in the ACT.
This role is about inspiring and coaching high-performing teams, using insights to drive strategic sales growth, and building a strong customer-first culture.
* Lead, develop, and coach store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive market share and profitable sales growth using insights and reporting tools.
* Champion a safety-first culture by communicating expectations and managing safety outcomes across the region.
* Ensure compliance with store standards, policies, and inventory requirements.
* Foster a values-led culture that recognizes great performance, supports development, and builds capability.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams. They will also be skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across functions such as safety, logistics, and supply chain.
