This is a Remote Role: Work from home (must be based in Rockhampton for onsite visits).

About You
Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
AHPRA or ESSA registration
Full working rights
Driver's licence + vehicle
Experience in the Return to Work industry
The Role
Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
