Shop Manager Role
This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for managing daily shop finances effectively, promoting and selling merchandise according to customer needs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the shop.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial management: You will be responsible for managing the shop's daily finances, including handling cash and card transactions, processing payments, and reconciling the till at the end of each shift.
* Sales and merchandising: As a shop manager, you will be expected to promote and sell merchandise according to customer needs, ensuring that customers are presented with relevant products and services that meet their requirements.
* Cleanliness and organisation: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the shop is crucial to providing an excellent customer experience. This includes ensuring that the shop is tidy, well-stocked, and easy to navigate.
