About The Role
This is a temporary full-time role, 38 hours per week for a period of 12 months with a possibility of extension. This role will be based in Wollongong.
The People & Culture Advisor is a key member of the People & Culture team, providing high-quality, professional advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with leaders and managers to deliver practical, contemporary people solutions that support organisational strategy, workforce capability and a positive, high-performance culture.

Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or working towards
* Demonstrated experience in a generalist P&C role
* Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act, employment legislation and Awards
