About the Role

Responsibilities

* Event Catering: Plan and execute catering services for large functions and events, guaranteeing exceptional service and presentation.
* Culinary Team Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards of food quality, taste, and presentation throughout all dishes.
Requirements
