Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist in Charge located in Brassall, Queensland at our brand new pharmacy. The Pharmacist in Charge will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, dispensing medications, managing inventory, and fostering community relationships. The role requires a focus on delivering superior service and promoting health and wellness within the community.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and regulatory requirements
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor staff effectively
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with patients and team members
* Experience in inventory management and familiarity with pharmacy software systems
* Current registration as a Pharmacist with the relevant Pharmacy Board
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting community health
* Problem-solving and organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations
