Job Description
Lead a site-based team to ensure the safe and efficient execution of piping and mechanical works on Kwinana Strip projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors for piping and SMP scopes
* Plan, schedule daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project targets
* Oversee pipe fabrication, welding, and installation according to project specifications and industry standards
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
* Trade background as a Pipe Fitter, Boilermaker, or Pipe Welder
* Proven experience leading teams on SMP and pressure piping projects
* Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and engineering drawings
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Licences & Tickets:
* C-Class Driver's Licence
* High Risk Licence - Forklift (LF) and EWP
* Confined Space and Working at Heights
* White Card
