Description
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
* Invoice data entry, routing for approvals, payment runs, and reconciliations
* Daily bank reconciliations and receipting across multiple entities
* Processing and payment of creditor invoices (high AP volume)
* Liaison with external accountants for BAS and tax
* End-of-month reporting including credit card reconciliations
* Support continuous process improvement and commercial decision-making
Profile
* Minimum 5-6 years' experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience with medium/large ERP - any platform - we'll train you on ours,
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Organised and systematic approach to work
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
