Automotive Parts Consultant Role

* Provide in-depth technical knowledge to assist customers with product information and advice
* Process customer orders efficiently and effectively
* Dispatch products and parts promptly and accurately
* Drive sales growth by promoting specials and arranging buy-ins
* Manage customer credits with ease and transparency
* Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and concerns via phone and in-person interactions
* Contribute to a culture of safety by prioritizing well-being and following best practices
