* Support national workforce across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Provide expert guidance, resolve issues, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.

* Navigate employee relations, interpret awards, and support leaders with practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations – Provide advice and support on performance, conduct, grievances and workplace issues.
2. Award Interpretation – Apply modern awards accurately across payroll and employment matters.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding – Support end-to-end employee life cycle activities.
4. HR Compliance – Ensure policies and practices meet legal standards.
5. Return to Work – Manage and support return to work processes for employees.
6. Workforce Reporting – Assist with metrics, turnover analysis, and workforce planning data.
7. Policy & Process Improvement – Contribute to policy development and refinement.
8. Manager Support – Coach leaders on people management and engagement strategies.
9. Culture & Engagement – Help drive inclusion and employee wellbeing initiatives.
