Centre Director – Goodstart
– Lead and manage a Centre within Australia’s largest early learning Not-for-Profit. You will be at the heart of the leadership team, supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre, building strong relationships with children, families and communities, and driving a positive impact in their lives. Responsibilities
Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Plan for the future of your centre with your team, build the attendance pipeline and maintain a revenue-generating business Maintain a centre designed to support quality learning and wellbeing Lead a passionate, committed team focused on improving outcomes for all children Advocate for inclusive practices that create a safe and welcoming environment for every family Demonstrate proven leadership and the ability to manage change within education, health or community services What Goodstart can offer you

A Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education (or working towards) Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management How to apply
