Kawana Surf Club is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our amazing team across Bar, Bistro, and Gaming areas.
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’ve got the right attitude – we want to hear from you!
Available Roles:
Bar Attendants
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels behind the bar
- Must hold a current RSA
Bistro / Food Service Staff
- Take orders and deliver meals with friendly and prompt service
- Assist with table clearing, cleaning and resetting
- Maintain bistro and dining areas to a high standard
- RSA required; food handling experience a bonus
Gaming Attendants
- Provide assistance to patrons using our gaming machines
- Maintain gaming area cleanliness and compliance
- Monitor and uphold responsible gambling practices
- Must have current RSA and RSG
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Have a current RSA (RSG also required for gaming roles)
- Are reliable, well-presented and professional
- Have great communication and customer service skills
- Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends & public holidays
- Are team players with a strong work ethic
- Experience is excellent, but not essential – training can be provided!
