Key Responsibilities
* Lead engineering design reviews in the development of minor project works.
* Develop scopes of work, set clear expectations up-front, and manage subcontractors to deliver outcomes across a broad range of project development.
* Conduct multi-disciplinary engineering investigations and root cause analyses to address operational challenges.
* Engage appropriate Subject Matter Experts to ensure outcomes are achieved in the required timeframes.
* Assist with asset return to service, managing the review of QA documentation.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned sites to support operational continuity and provide backup support for Superintendents and Supervisors as required.
* Experience as a Project Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, with Tank Storage experience being highly regarded
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering
* Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software
* Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the field of due diligence and asset evaluation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess conditions, and make sound recommendations.
* Australian Citizenship is required due to NV1 Defence Clearance requirements
