We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our growing migration agency based in Mount Hawthorn.
This role is pivotal in supporting our office operations while being the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients.
About the Role
You will manage our main office communications and act as the key link between clients, migration agents, and migration assistants to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Duties Include:
* Monitoring incoming correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs
* Acting as the primary point of contact for new client enquiries
* Providing clear information about our services and processes
* Liaising directly with clients, migration agents, and assistants
* Following up on outstanding requests, documents, and responses
* Supporting workflow coordination and office efficiency
* Managing client invoicing, contracts and payment processing
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Professional and friendly manner
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Administration and customer service experience preferred
* High attention to detail
* Previous experience in invoicing, payment processing, contracts and general office accounting preferred
