Job Description
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Sales Professional with expertise in driving sales growth through e-commerce platforms, creating effective marketing campaigns, and enhancing online customer experience.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales using the e-commerce platform, manage stock levels, and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
* Build strong relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and close deals.
* Drive brand awareness and website development through the e-commerce platform, utilizing creative skills to support sales initiatives.
* Monitor website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven decisions to improve site performance, conversion rates, revenue, and customer loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 3 years of proven e-commerce sales experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG environments.
* Experience working with Shopify or Big Commerce (highly advantageous), as well as knowledge of data feeds, API, and online marketplaces.
* A strong understanding of website analytics and social media management, including multiple platforms.
* A track record of delivering increased sales through e-commerce platforms, seamless online user experiences, and improved site performance, conversion rates, revenue, cart abandonment, and customer loyalty.
