* Spearhead a regional team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program, ensuring alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Additional Assistants.
* Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education.
* Evaluate compliance, monitor program outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide operational leadership, support your team, and contribute to strategic planning for the program.
