In this role, you'll:
Join the Commercial Revenue team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and market expansion opportunities. You'll work closely with the leadership team to support the development and delivery of Commercial Revenue strategies that achieve revenue objectives for TfNSW and FTC.
You will focus on identifying opportunities to grow revenue streams, improve profitability, and ensure growth initiatives are aligned with TfNSW and FTC commercial objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour, and monitor industry trends to inform and shape commercial revenue strategies and objectives.
• Drive identified growth opportunities from concept through to implementation and execution or support other managers in successful delivery across the Commercial Revenue team.
• Collaborate with leadership, portfolio managers, and senior managers to manage and grow the existing commercial revenue pipeline and develop new initiatives.
• Develop and implement innovative approaches to revenue generation and diversification of revenue streams across existing businesses and contracts

About you
• You are a commercially focused professional with strong strategic and analytical capability, able to translate insights into practical growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial revenue strategy, growth initiatives, business development, or market expansion within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to interpret data and industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Proven experience managing budgets, assessing return on investment, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant equivalent professional experience.
