Dispute Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team, based in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with and be mentored by senior associates and managing directors.
You will have exposure to a wide variety of disputes matters, working predominantly on building & construction, employment, debt recovery, land compensation, and compulsory acquisition claims. You will also have the opportunity to work on front-end business matters, including researching and preparing client advices and preparing legal documents.

Key responsibilities:
* Work on disputes matters, including building & construction, employment, debt recovery, land compensation, and compulsory acquisition claims;
* Research and prepare client advices and legal documents;
* Assist in the preparation of court documents and other legal materials;
* Provide general support to senior lawyers and the management team as required;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
