Job Overview
A highly skilled Senior Maintenance Specialist is required to join our crew at a leading wind farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of wind turbines, high-voltage systems, and site infrastructure.
* Maintenance and repair of wind turbines, high-voltage systems, and site infrastructure.
* Lead and support the team in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
* Ensure safe work practices and assist teammates.
* Organize tools, parts, and safety gear.
* Complete job records and maintenance reports.
The ideal candidate will be trade qualified in Electrical or Mechanical with significant technical experience in a maintenance environment. A willingness to take on a leadership role and lead by example is essential. The work schedule will involve a Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM roster with a 1:3 callout arrangement.
