Responsibilities
End-to-end processing of weekly payroll, leave forms and entitlement reconciliations
Onboarding new starters and managing terminations
Maintaining payroll records and supporting queries from across the business
Preparing and distributing weekly costing reports to site managers
Supporting junior team members and contributing to system/process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' payroll experience in large corporate or operational settings
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Experience with SAP, Kronos or similar enterprise payroll systems
Strong Excel skills and a cooperative mindset
