**The Client**:
With many years of industry experience, our client is a top-performing agency based in Holland Park, with a proven track record for producing superior results.
Operating out of a long-established office in a top-performing network, this is an amazing prospect for an experienced Office Manager to join a high-performing team.
**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the administration team
- HR duties - including onboarding new staff, preparing employment agreements, training and performance management
- Assist and oversee general accounts management using Xero - invoices, reconciliation, and payroll
- Form 6's, contracts, marketing campaign management
- Organise and book office events, training and conferences for staff
- Review and manage office equipment and IT

- Previous experience in accounts or administration in Real Estate
- Demonstrate ability to manage an operation collaboratively
- Demonstrate ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
- Demonstrate ability to manage human and financial resources
- Comprehensive interpersonal Skills
- Experience with Xero and PropertyMe preferred
