Job Description Viva Energy Australia are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator with an eye for detail, meticulous organisational skills and proven track record in improving efficiency. In this role you will have the opportunity to add value supporting the broader sales and technical team whilst taking ownership on customer focused projects and processes. Customer centric, you will have the opportunity to improve the customer experience and solve complex problems with your commercial acumen. You will be based in either Brisbane or other locations can be considered. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in a technical support, sales support, or operations coordination role within a commercial or industrial environment. Management of purchasing processes, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, catalogue management, stock tracking. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis), SharePoint, and other collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), and Salesforce highly desirable. Experience in vendor and contract management, including procurement processes, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation
