We're seeking a
Content Marketing Manager
on a
part-time basis (3 days a week)
to play a pivotal role at the intersection of content, product and customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with Product, Technology and Customer Success teams, this role is ideal for a strategic communicator with a background in business analysis or product-led content. You'll shape how users experience Vitaport through campaigns, journeys and platform communications, while helping translate user needs into meaningful platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop compelling campaign content for Vitaport's Monthly Active Campaigns, including articles, emails and in-platform prompts
* Design, write and optimise UX copy across onboarding flows, digital assistants and content navigation to enhance user journeys
* Gather, document and translate user and business requirements into actionable content and platform improvements in collaboration with Product and Tech teams
* Lead customer communications for feature launches, platform updates and onboarding materials
* Analyse engagement data and user feedback to continuously improve content performance and in-app experiences
* Translate insights into impact through case studies, reports and advisory content that demonstrate engagement outcomes and strategic value
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* 5–7+ years' experience in content writing, editorial, business analysis or a related role
* Proven experience working with digital products or SaaS platforms
* Strong understanding of UX writing, user journeys and employee engagement
* Ability to translate technical or functional requirements into clear, user-friendly content
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across product, tech, customer success and multidisciplinary teams
* Experience in health, wellbeing, HR or digital health environments (preferred)
* Background in business analysis, product ownership or UX research (desirable)
* Familiarity with agile workflows and tools such as JIRA or Confluence (desirable)
