Assistant Manager - Premium Footwear & Lifestyle Retail | Camberwell
$*****k + Super | Flexible Rotating Roster (2 Sundays per month)

I'm searching for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join one of Australia's most loved comfort-driven footwear and lifestyle brands in their beautiful Camberwell boutique.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a warm, customer-centric environment and is excited by the opportunity to support a high-performing team.
About the Role
In this leadership position, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive an elevated customer experience, inspire your team, and uphold strong operational standards.
You'll be hands-on, passionate, and ready to make a genuine impact every day.
Roster :
2-week cycle: Sunday-Thursday, then Monday-Friday
Work 2 Sundays per month

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support your team to deliver exceptional service
Maintain strong operational standards across stock, VM, and store presentation
Drive results through data-informed decision making
Build meaningful relationships with customers and team members
Support in training, coaching, onboarding and store performance
Deliver a consistently premium brand experience
What You Bring
Proven experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)
Strong understanding of daily retail operations
Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive team culture
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work at least 2 weekend days per month and public holidays as needed
