Job Overview

As a consultant or senior consultant, you will engage directly with high-profile banking clients on their most important and challenging business issues, addressing and solving their priority transformation agendas and operational problems.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, transformation, and operations projects, delivering results that drive growth, cost savings, or regulatory compliance outcomes.
- Deliver whole-of-business transformation by transforming the way clients operate to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional skills and experience in strategy and/or operations consulting, with a proven track record of working 'through the lifecycle' (i.e., business case through to implementation). A strong understanding of complex program management, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement methodologies is also essential.
You should have over 3/5 years of experience in a strategy and/or operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or an FSI organization, as well as demonstrable experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
