Shepparton, VIC $125,000 - $170,000 / Year FP - Full-time Permanent

Role
OzChild is seeking an experienced clinical leader to establish and lead a new MST-CAN team delivering intensive, evidence-based support to families where children are at risk of entering care. This rare opportunity will see you:
* Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team
* Deliver a globally recognised therapeutic model
* Drive meaningful outcomes for vulnerable children and families
* Shape the culture and impact of the service from day one
About You
You will bring:
* Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related field
* Strong clinical leadership experience
* Experience working with complex families and risk
* Passion for evidence-based practice and family-centred outcomes
